All we need from you is a few details about your project. If you're enquiring about replacement windows, we'll ask for the approximate height and width of your existing windows, along with the room names for reference.
Front and back doors come in standard sizes, so there's nothing to measure. We'll confirm everything at a free survey once you're happy with your estimate.
It also really helps if you can upload a few photos of your existing windows or doors.

Our home surveys are completely free and carry no obligation. We will visit you, take measurements and discuss your requirements at no charge.
Most home surveys take between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the number and complexity of the items you need quoting.
It depends on the job. A straightforward replacement is quicker than something that needs a survey first. We'll give you a timescale when we speak, so you know what to expect.

Not at all, although we do encourage a showroom visit if you'd like to see and handle products before making a decision. Walk-ins are welcome.
Yes. Windows Etc supply and install. Our own CERTASS-registered installation team carry out all fitting work to Building Regulations standards.
