Deceuninck uPVC windows and doors
Windows Etc supplies and fits four Deceuninck ranges — the Traditional 2500 stormproof casement, the sculpted Heritage 2800, and the Heritage Flush window and door. Every range carries the BSI Kitemark to BS 7412 and is reinforced with galvanised steel.
Four Deceuninck ranges, from chamfered to flush
Deceuninck makes uPVC window and door profiles from a UK base in Calne, Wiltshire. Windows Etc supplies and fits four of its ranges, each with a different frame shape: the chamfered Traditional 2500, the sculpted Heritage 2800, and the Heritage Flush window and door, where the sash sits flush with the frame.
The Traditional 2500 and Heritage 2800 are both available as casement and tilt and turn windows, and as French, residential and patio doors. Every range carries the BSI Kitemark to BS 7412 and uses galvanised steel reinforcement. Glass options include toughened and laminated, Contora, Stippolyte and Minster obscure patterns, Georgian bars and leaded designs.
Deceuninck sits alongside the other uPVC systems we fit rather than replacing them — you can compare it against Get Snug and the Residence Collection in our Colchester showroom.

Ask about the flush door
A flush sash is a casement, not a sliding sash
Flush sash — sometimes called flush casement — means the opening sash sits flush with the frame, like a traditional timber casement. It opens outwards on hinges; it doesn't slide.
If you want a window that slides vertically, that is a different window altogether. We fit those too — see sliding sash windows.
The Traditional 2500 comes in 22 colourways from stock, plus a 15-colour express collection delivered in 15 working days and 7 continental colours in 14 days. The Heritage 2800 and the flush ranges offer 30 or more colourways from stock, including Agate Grey on White woodgrain, Nut Tree, Golden Oak, English Oak, Chartwell Green and Anthracite.

Across the Deceuninck group in 2025, 17% of PVC profiles were recycled material. The Traditional 2500 profile is 100% recyclable.

01206 85 10 10Is a flush sash window a sliding sash window?
No. A flush sash — sometimes called a flush casement — has an opening sash that sits flush with the frame, like a traditional timber casement. It opens outwards on hinges; it doesn't slide. A window that slides vertically is a sliding sash, which is a different window entirely. We fit those too, on our sliding sash windows page.
What's the difference between the Traditional 2500 and the Heritage 2800?
The shape of the frame. The Traditional 2500 is the stormproof casement, with a chamfered profile. The Heritage 2800 is a decorative, sculpted profile with smooth contours, made for period and modern homes alike. Both come as casement and tilt and turn windows and as French, residential and patio doors, and both reach up to an A++ energy rating on double glazing. The 2500 offers 22 colourways from stock; the 2800 offers 30 or more, and adds triple glazing.
Will Deceuninck flush windows be allowed in a conservation area?
Deceuninck says the flush external contours of the Heritage Flush window meet the requirements of most conservation area officers. That is not a guarantee for any particular property, and it is not a decision we can make for you — always check with your planning or conservation officer before you order.
How energy efficient are Deceuninck windows?
Double-glazed windows reach up to an A++ energy rating, and the Heritage 2800 storm casement carries a BFRC A++ label. The Heritage Flush window is Uw 1.2 double-glazed and Uw 0.90 triple-glazed. The Heritage Flush door is Ud 1.3 double-glazed and Ud 1.0 triple-glazed, with a doorset energy rating of A. Triple glazing is available on the Heritage 2800.
What colours and hardware can I have?
The Traditional 2500 has 22 colourways from stock, plus a 15-colour express collection delivered in 15 working days and 7 continental colours in 14 days. The Heritage 2800 and the flush ranges offer 30 or more colourways from stock, including Agate Grey on White woodgrain, Nut Tree, Golden Oak, English Oak, Chartwell Green and Anthracite. The Heritage Flush window takes traditional ironmongery — monkey tail, teardrop and Connoisseur handles, and peg stays — in finishes including antique black, chrome, graphite, gold and bronze, with dummy peg stay, Georgian bar and night vent options.
Can I see Deceuninck in your showroom?
Yes. Four of the 21 window bays in our Colchester showroom display Deceuninck frames — bays 13, 14, 15 and 16 — so you can see the flush sash and tilt and turn openings in person and compare them against the other uPVC, aluminium and timber systems we fit.
