Return of the sash

In partnership with Alan Bender Ltd these two stunning properties have been constructed on the Essex/Suffolk border.

Fitting in with nearby buildings, they show a modern layout, captured elegantly within a classic design. Each property benefits from uPVC Sash Windows, which look, function and feel like their timber forebears. The similarity ends there. These uPVC sash windows offer all of the weatherproofing, heat retention and security of modern windows.

One of our favourite features is the facility with which one can open and tilt the windows for ease of cleaning or to add more subtle ventilation.

These properties also benefit from uPVC French Doors, which are beautifully flanked by PVC fixed lites in one property, and by elegant floor-to-ceiling glass in the other.
