⤢ Set back from the road in a quiet village near the Essex/Suffolk borders, this home is a testimony to the builder, architect, and the window company. The elevated aspect of the property allows the new homeowners to take full advantage of this striking use of aluminium glazing. The first thing you see is the full-height atrium on the front elevation. Not only does it let light flood through the property, it also elegantly draws attention to the showcase stairs and first floor gallery; the corollary of which is that the gallery has wonderful unobstructed views and a real wow factor.
The window fittings are a mix of colour-matched D-Handles for the sliding doors and brushed aluminium handles throughout the rest of the property.
Origin Aluminium products have been used throughout, they make a perfect compliment to the brickwork in local stocks, the cedar cladding and the stylish zinc rainwater fittings. The bifold doors, are in a 3-3-0 arrangement, allowing for ease of ingress and egress via the traffic door. The flush sash windows show off beautifully slim profiles with flawless joins giving an enduring feel of quality, security and style. The first floor has a Juliette balcony with a french door, again in flush sash aluminium.
