⤢ This newly built Suffolk property puts traditional stock brickwork alongside contemporary design. Led by an independent builder, the project puts long-lasting materials together with modern products, resulting in a home that is both functional and striking.
The made-to-order VEKA Halo windows were central to what the builder wanted. These windows, with their refined mechanical joints, were finished in Agate Grey on Whitegrain, offering a sophisticated aesthetic that perfectly complements the traditional brickwork. The inclusion of matching French doors allowed an abundance of natural light to fill the interior, creating an inviting and airy ambience.
To the rear of the property, Smarts bi-folding doors in RAL7038, Agate Grey became a key feature. The doors open the rooms to the garden, framing the view and bringing in more daylight. Designed for both beauty and durability, the doors featured stainless steel VBH handles and colour-coded hinges, ensuring flawless integration with the overall design.
The front of the property was anchored by a bold yet elegant Anthracite Grey Solidor front door, paired with a matching sidelite and top gable frame.
