A one-off house on the outskirts of Colchester, a new-build designed around its owners. This case study follows a purpose-built home that puts contemporary looks together with how the owners actually live, with the help of Windows Etc’s innovative glazing solutions. Situated against the scenic backdrop of Colchester’s fringes, this newly constructed dwelling blends harmoniously with its surroundings.

The home, designed and built by Alan Bender Construction, represents a fusion of architectural finesse, modern comfort, and the tranquil ambiance that defines its village setting. In the creation of this purpose-built haven, the choice of glazing products from Windows Etc played a pivotal role in shaping both the aesthetic and functionality of the residence.
